  1. I am having problems backing up my MS LAUNCHER SETTING to my cloud. I CAN DO A LOCAL BACKUP, but my cloud backup fails. I have tried 3xs.

  2. NEED the ability TO MOVE a USER'S "HOME SCREEN CREATED FOLDERS" (HSCF) TO the USER'S Microsoft Launcher APP DRAWER.
