Battery drain issue

Pease try the following steps and monitor your battery consuming situation:
1. Turnoff your timeline
2. Signout your Microsoft Account and sign in again
3. Restart your phone
4. Please check whether you have enabled memory leak analyser through the following steps: Launcher settings->Utilities->Enable memory leak analyser. If  you have enabled it, please turn it off.
5. Please send us your CPU profiling to us through the steps: Launcher settings->Utilities->CPU profiling

In case that the issue still exists after you tried the above first four steps, please try to turn off your Bing wallpaper to see whether the issue is solved.
