We have partnered with UserVoice, a third-party service and your use of the portal and your submission is subject to the UserVoice Terms of Service & Privacy Policy, including the license terms. Please do not send any novel or patentable ideas, copyrighted materials, samples or demos for which you do not want to grant a license to Microsoft.

Below are a list of known issues, cast your vote to receive updates on a specific issue. Also, please add a comment with more details if you have them.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.

  2. device is not visible on pc or microsoft account

    i have launcher installed on my phone and signed in from live acount but still device is not visible on pc or microsoft account

  3. I can't add my office 365 account

    I'm trying to add my office 365 account to my Microsoft launch, but I receive a message that says that I don't have support.

  4. Pressing the home button much of the time takes me a screen with no icons for 5-10 seconds. It's as if the launcher restarts every time.

    Pressing the home button appears to restart the launcher very often. It comes to a screen for 5-10 seconds before the icons load. It also seems as if the all apps page has to reindex the apps to list them.

  11. Edge favorites sync issue

    I cleaned up and organized my favorites on my edge on the computer, however the changes made to my favs don't show up on my Android phone's edge browser.
