We have partnered with UserVoice, a third-party service and your use of the portal and your submission is subject to the UserVoice Terms of Service & Privacy Policy, including the license terms. Please do not send any novel or patentable ideas, copyrighted materials, samples or demos for which you do not want to grant a license to Microsoft.

Below are a list of known issues, cast your vote to receive updates on a specific issue. Also, please add a comment with more details if you have them.

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.

  1. There Was An Update On My Laptop & I Wait For. So Then When I Logged In To My Account, My Data Has Been Vanished & My Network Isn't Working

    There Was This Software Update On My Laptop, I Confirmed It And I Wait For The Update On My Laptop. When I Logged In To My Account And Something Has Caused An Error On My Data, & I Couldn't Be Able To Go To The Settings And My Network Isn't Working Even If My Home WiFi Is Still On. So I Need To Know What's Going On With My Laptop And How Did It Cause An Error.

  6. Share / Continue on PC, PC missing

    Share / "Continue on PC" does not list my HP laptop. It does list an older Desktop PC. "Continue later" does show on the HP

    Signed in with the same Microsoft account on both PC and Android phone, still cannot find my PC when continue on PC. My PC has updated to the latest version 1803, and I am using Microsoft launcher on Android phone.

  11. I can't share my recents picture with my laptop.

    I can't open my recents pictures from my phone to my computer.
    when I click on "continue with the computer" from the control panel, I have an error message which tells me that I have to allow independent window.

  13. can't share directly to my computer a video from youtube

    I instaled the launcher and linked my android phone to ms account that is also onmy pc, but when I try to send a video from my phone youtube app to my pc is dosnt show my pc, it's like he dosnt see my pc. Please fix this We really need to share more eazily bettwen phone and pc. thank you!

  15. connection with PC not working

    when i press the 'continue in PC' in any task, it says error sharing with your PC. also i suggest that in the launcher's configuration you could see the connection with the PC or something.

  18. phone not recognized

    i have set up my windows 10 hp and gone through the phone set up and installed the apps for it to work and connect to my laptop but my phone doesnt show up in the phone managemant settings. both devices are on the same account, my phone is a samsung galaxy s7 edge

  20. my language is afrikaans not English

    the headings and icon names are using afrikaans instead of English.. i cannot figure out how to set it back so everything shows up in English
