Below are a list of known issues, cast your vote to receive updates on a specific issue. Also, please add a comment with more details if you have them.

    Cannot set MS-launcher as standard since update to Android 10. My phone is Huawei PSmart 2019.

  3. Can't set default launcher

    Huawei EMUI update 10.0.0.186 doesn't allow you to choose a default launcher. I appreciate that this is a Huawei issue not a Microsoft one, but it's one that you need to know about. From checking online, I can see that there have been similar issues with previous Huawei updates.

  5. I cannot use screen in a phone call

    I cannot use the screen if I am in a call. Screen doesn't answer to any stimulation.

  10. Launcher Crash after unlock ok Google Family on huawei P30 lite

    We are using Microsoft Launcher on Our Huawei P30 Light of our children with Google Family link. We have Set launcher as the default startscreen every day. But each day when Google Family unlocks the device after the sleeptime the Standard huawei statt screen is Set as default again. What Fan we Do?

  13. Parent mode

    I've installed Microsoft launcher on my kid's device just because of its nice interface. I didn't want it to act as a tool for protection. Then there is no option to access parent mode and change restrictions. It even blocked me from accessing the "recent apps" button

  15. small desktop icons

    Hi.
    After last update desktop icons set to small size, I can't set it biger in settings.
    I try to reboot MS Launcher, no change.
    I can't move icon size slider in settings, it always set to small.

  18. every startup, "ms launcher not responding..." pops up. NOT an ms warning: it's Google trying to to get their launcher onscreen instead!

  20. Launcher can't be set as assistent

    Launcher can be chosen from the list, but can't be set as assistent app instead of google. Android 9, Nokia 7.2, german.
