I put the phone to charge and after a while the phone shows nothing, the launcher fails I had to turn it off and wait a while

Lock screen shows all icons regardless if there is actually a notification. Switch to another launcher and back and it temporarily worked properly but now I'm right back to a full set of notifications on the lock screen with 0 actual notifications.

There is no sync between lock screen and home screen wallpaper. Every time I change the settings under wallpaper to sync, both the wallpaper sync and after the home screen wallpaper changes the setting has reverted to default. The default setting is to change only the home screen wallpaper.
