Video failed
When Cortana is set to Listen for Hey Cortana. The stock (Samsung) camera app will be unable to record video when started from the lockscreen.
It will show a message
"Warning
Recording failed"The camera app will work without issue when launched from inside the launcher (when the phone is unlocked)
This happens on Samsung Galaxy S10e, with latest Android 9 and updated Microsoft Launcher.

Cortana listening lag
When I press the microphone button no matter how long I wait cortana does not hear all of the first word or none of the first word. This just started happening today with the new update. Phone is a oneplus 7 pro. Very annoying, makes it almost unusable.

After telling Cortana to set an alarm, the clock app launches but the alarm is not set.

Cortana doesn't work
It just doesn't work. It won't respond if I click on the voice button, and if I tap on the keyboard icon, type in test or tell me a joke, it won't respond. If I click on one of the recommendations, it won't respond. It just doesn't work for some reason. If I disable my vpn, it still doesn't work.

Cortana has an issue.
So I began typing in to cortana "convince me to set you as a default assistant" and when I was at "convince me to" it started recommending weird stuff like: "convince me to end it all", "convince me to kill myself" and suicidal things like this. I don't think things like this should be recommended.
