Incorrect badges numbers

At the home screen, there's a buttom bar that includes the dialer, msg, button for main menu...... when I drag that bar up to show the whole 6 icons (quick settings as well) the icon sometimes touches as it's still being dragged, so when I scroll up and leave my finger, the icon that i had my finger over is clicked but I'm just openning it, it's annoying that I have to close it again everytime it opens by itself.

In your recent update, you have included app launching animations but in the launcher's settings there is no such option (Launcher is up to date). I want to know what that really means. Is it that you have changed app Launching animations? let me know ASAP. Waiting for your reply.

When I change to MY wallpaper and go from desktop, into menu, then the "blured" wallpaper is still from Bing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
