Notification badges won't activated even though I've activated notification permission. Microsoft launcher just asking for permission over and over again but won't let me activate the notification badge

constant notifications
when my phone is being accessed the is a bleep noise constantly. I check the notifications bar and nothing appears. it constantly interupts google when I verbally requesting, interupts phone calls etc
I have off my notifications for FB and Pinterest
I have attempted to restore my phone, but not all the way to factory as I don't want to go through updating all my apps again1 vote -

No aparecen las burbujas de notificación en las aplicaciones
Al instalar el launcher las burbujas de notificación no aparecen en ninguna aplicación pese a que en las opciones del launcher se encuentra activado las notificaciones.

Cannot open apps from notification
Some apps(e.g. Outlook, twitter on my device) cannot be open from notification.

Dialer app keeps showing red dot badge after I miss a call, but it doesn't vanish even after i have swiped the notification or called back
If i miss a call from someone, then the dialer app shows red notification badge on top, that's okay, but it doesn't vanish even after i have swiped the notification, or called the person or done both. It gets vanished after 24 hours or more on its own. Haven't noticed the time of vanishing exactly but approximately it takes a lot of time to become normal

I have allowed the MS launcher for notification but it's not showing me the count each time it say re start your device which I do.
Number of notification is not working , even though I have allowed MS launcher to read notification . but not working at all.

microsoft teams meeting notification dark title in dark mode samsung
The Microsoft Teams meeting notification coming from the launcher has very dark text in dark mode on Samsung device. I am unable to read it.

Web Outlook notifications aren't synced with Android outlook
when I open Outlook on the web and read all new messages, then I look at my phone, the Outlook notification badges should be cleared but they're not.

after the latest update app app feels some lagg and main bug is of not showing the notification badges .It happen after the recent updates .

The list of apps you choose for notification badges is not in any discernable order, so it takes forever to find the app I want to turn off.

Os selos de notificações do whatsapp não aparecem e de alguns outros aplicativos também não aparecem.
Não aparecem os selos de notificação do whatsapp e do twitter aparecem, mas nao estão certos, e há outros aplicativos que não aparecem também ou que não estão certos!
