Search engine changes back, from Google, to Bing without notice

default web search widget opens up a blank bing page. it doesn't actually do the search, you need to type in your search term again. :(
the search box widget the launcher just takes you to bing.com, it doesn't bother remembering whatever you attempted to search via the widget .

Search suggestions are in different language.
I live in Japan. but I primarily use English. in ms launcher search, it shows japanese suggestions. launcher language is set

Search widget failed to get file list from work account
After inactivity (1-2 hours), when I return to the home screen from the lockscreen and begin typing in the Microsoft Launcher Search widget, it fails. Reverts back to the home screen, and says, "Failed to get file list from work account. Please try again later."
It works immediately on retry.This is a new issue since migrating to the Android Work Profile for Microsoft.

Bing keeps getting randomly set back as default search engine for search bar, and I have to change it to Google every time. ANNOYING.
I change in the settings of the launcher's search bar the default search engine to Google, it stays for some time (days), but then randomly reverts back to Bing being the default search engine, it happened 3 times now. I thought at the beginning that it does that after every update, but now I'm not sure because according to Play Store the last time my apps were updated was 3 days ago, but the problem happened again just now, so it probably has nothing to do with updates. I hope this will be fixed soon because I can't stand it…

When I use the default search box at the top of my 'Your Feed' - Edge just directs me to the Bing homepage, never searches my query.
The search box at the top of my feed - anything I type doesn't direct me to search results it always re-directs me to the Bing homepage. I use Edge.

Broker refresh token is invalid
Whenever I touch search I recieve an error : broker error, with details reporting that the refresh token is null or empty

Search box
The Microsoft Launcher search box just loads the Bing home page rather than search results so I have to search again making it pointless, have replaced with the Bing search widget for now

"showing XX search results" notification hides the on-screen keyboard while typing in the launcher's search bar.
when I perform a search in the launcher, the pop-up "showing xx search results" hides part of the keyboard and is very annoying and not useful at all. I have to wait until it disappears before I can proceed with the search

Search terms cut off early
Search terms in the search widget are cut after 3 letters. It doesn't matter if I search for an app or a term on DDG.

Search not displaying all contacts matching the search string
Starting with version 6.2.200706.xxxxx, search results no longer contain the "More" button and display only a single contact even if several match the search criteria, making this a very unhelpful omission
