recent items not working while using launcher

After I close all apps via the Recent Apps screen, Microsoft Launcher is frozen for a few seconds. It doesn't respond to touches. After a few seconds it catches up.

When clicking on an e-mail in Recent page, Outlook app is being opened as expected but the app reports "Cannot find message". Issue happens when using Outlook.com mailbox.

Under the default recent apps of the phone, it glitches out when I'm exiting it only on the launcher. It animates the recent apps into a minimizing box to the screen which is annoying.

When I want to do a split screen or multi-task I can't see the recent apps to select the second app for the split screen

bottom half of screen is greyed and starts to flicker if I dont cycle back and forth from blue light off and on happens on either setting

UI around message actions in the recent list is not intuitive. I've never seen a modern mobile ux where selecting an item is what you do to delete it. Worse, if you want to actually read it, yoi have to know to select the icon specifically. I want to open way more than delete so this shouldn't have to require hidden knowledge. Better is a ui that follows modern conventions. How about swipe to delete (like in outlook) and select to open?

Last message from Telegram is shown as empty if there is more than one unread messages came in a minute

How to configure to have imap email account appear in recent activities. The imap account is in Outlook on the phone.

The swipe shortcuts do not work on the Recent Apps page of the home screen, but do work on the other pages

Transition between homescreen and glance/newsfeed tab is not giving a smooth experience. Also scrolling in glance/newsfeed tab is not smooth

When you are in landscape mode and pull up recent apps, it will open showing 8 icons and then switch to landscape view and show 8 icons. Then, it will switch back to portrait mode and only show 6 icons. Expected behavior would be either to not switch or if it is to switch, not immediately switch back.

Animation when exiting or clearing "Recents" screen glitches very annoyingly. Please fix it. I can provide a video demonstrating the problem if you tell me where to send it

on the at a glance page, the recent activities section, the number of thumbnails has been reduced after the last update. I would like to expand the recent activities to an entire page length worth of thumbnails. thank you
