We have partnered with UserVoice, a third-party service and your use of the portal and your submission is subject to the UserVoice Terms of Service & Privacy Policy, including the license terms. Please do not send any novel or patentable ideas, copyrighted materials, samples or demos for which you do not want to grant a license to Microsoft.

Below are a list of known issues, cast your vote to receive updates on a specific issue. Also, please add a comment with more details if you have them.

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. in people card not showing anything. its asking give permission. I accept everything like contact, store ect but frequent contacts not showi

  3. People card: my contacts was always removed from the slot.

    I use all the slot for my favorite contacts. But I always find some and sometimes all the contacts removed. Even the desktop locked.

    It asks permission to access to contacts. I give permission but it continues to ask for it and I cannot access to contacts

  9. just got my computer and some one calls claiming to be u should I be worried

    getting calls by someone claiming to be Microsoft whoms rude wouldn't let me hang up now my computer is being slow should I be worried

  11. favorite contacts

    I cannot add any favorite contacts. The people card has the option to show recent contacts and to switch to favorite contacts. i only see a huge plus button to add them, but it does not work

  15. Can not do direct dial from people card. Please make it possible to call default number for contact that have multiple numbers. Thanks

  18. Issues with duplicate contacts

    There appears to be an issue with the way that duplicate contacts are fixed. I have Microsoft Outlook app and when you de-duplicate contacts it seems to remove the contact from Microsoft Outlook.

  20. people card shows incorrectly linked contacts with names and photos not matching

    people card merged contacts that don't belong together cannot unmerge them. display shows incorrect photos with names. has incorrect information for names as well
