Below are a list of known issues, cast your vote to receive updates on a specific issue. Also, please add a comment with more details if you have them.

    For some reason the launcher refuses to launch Reddit starting this morning.

  2. Apps opening and immediately close. Not all apps though. Outlook, banking and some others

    Some apps open then close immediately but not all. Outlook, banking, shopping, text messages and some games. Others OK. Don't know what to do. Have uninstalled and reinstalled but that doesn't work.

  3. Recents Task Switcher

    Since installing v6.2.20201102, the task switcher (recent apps) no longer opens from the home screen. When I try to initiate it, I get the haptic feedback, but nothing else happens. It still works if I'm in an app though.

  10. Half of my apps including audible, amazon music, espn and google search won't open.

    Half of my apps including ESPN, Audible, Amazon Music and Google won't open. They bootup for 5 seconds and close out, but continue to try to open until I have to stop the app all together.

  17. I experience some accessibility issues with the launcher

    I have realised that ever since I installed Microsoft launcher, my screen reader does not tell me how many unread messages/calls/whatsapp text do I have when I place my finger on any of the given app icons. For me to figure out if I have unread messages is when I directly open the messaging app or go to the Notification shade. I wish you could make it that when I place a finger on an app that has notifications inside, it announces that on the home screen. Let's say I place my finger on the phone icon, I wish it…

  18. icon image not showing when seeing open apps

    when I look at the apps I have open most of the apps don't show their image and instead show a default android looking image with a green grid backup

  20. noticed it few times till now when touch screen starts behaving erratically opening and closing apps on its own without touching screen

    Apps open and close on its own even when I m not touching the screen and does not allow to restart the phone sometimes. keep jumping from 1 app to another opening it or shuffling between features
