Not all shortcuts are available for swipe up gestures for last two versions. Earlier all shortcuts were available, now only a few are.
Earlier there were a lot of shortcuts available to choose for swipe gesture. Now for last two versions only some of the shortcuts are available.

I can use the shortcuts that I've placed before these new updates, but I can not set a new gesture shortcut with some apps.
