the wallpapers are displayed wrong in landscape mode
In landscape position on samsung galaxy tab s6 lower part of wallpapers (ca. ¼ of height) are displayed on the top. in vertical position wallpapers are displayed properly. I have examples in screenshots.
I had a similar problem with Bing wallpaper on Samsung Tab 2 in landscape mode. Resolved it by turning off scroll effect on home screen.
In the Launcher settings
--Choose a new wallpaper
--Turn off Use Scroll Effect on Home Screen
same on oppo f3

Yes, this. On a Galaxy Tab A 10.1, in landscape mode wallpaper always has bottom 25% of image at the top of the screen, then what is the actual top of the Bing daily image begins. The scale of the image is fine, no edges are cropped or stretched. Just won't center correctly. This is not an occasional issue, this occurs 100% in landscape.
