Task Switcher (Square Button) does not function under Android 10

The Square Button does not function after Android 10 is installed. No other task Switcher option is available. Pressing the button with multiple windows open won't do anything in Android 10.

    I enabled the navigation bar buttons back (instead of gestures) to make it work. It's a bug with the Launcher gestures.
