REMOVING Timeline DOWNGRADES Microsoft Launcher and KILLS a Primary Workflow Attraction from the Microsoft/PC to Android to PC/Edge "Continue on PC"/Microsoft Account "Sync" with Timeline Sync between Android to PC to Android and back again round trip Workflow/Your Phone & Your Phone Companion "Link" Workflow...
It BREAKS a MAJOR Continuity Feature in the Microsoft Android to Microsoft PC Workflow Ecosystem, and BREAKS the "replacement" workarounds to "Universal Windows Platform" (with Android as the "Phone" component).
I urge you to "fix" the "bug" that is the Anti-User (stupid) decision to remove "Timeline/Activity History" from the Microsoft Launcher 6.x Feed Widget.
It further removes Microsoft's ecosystem's worth, value, utility, usability, ease-of-use, cross-platform functionality, continuity between Desktop and Mobile and would further Microsoft's direction into irrelevance and obselecense by neutering the ability to basically "Continue on Mobile (Android Phones _there are no "Windows Phone/Windows 10 Mobile" Phones" anymore (THANKS FOR THAT!!!))
Without Mobile, you are losing to Apple's iOS (Phone) to iPadOS "Tablet" to Desktop "ARM" "Apple Silicon" MacOS and back" round-trip ecosystem and functionality; Google's "Chrome OS to Android to Chrome OS and back again" round-trip functionality...
...and is another GLARINGLY AWFUL example of Microsoft creating a Future-Forward, UNIQUE and Useful technology ONLY TO KILL IT BEFORE IT GETS ITS LEGS UNDER IT, and, with NO Marketing/Visibility push is KILLED PREMATURELY and tossed out like the baby with the bathwater, and another GLARING EXAMPLE of Microsoft racing to failure.
Without this Feature I don't see the point of bothering to continue with the "Microsoft ecosystem".
If there is no "round-trip" Workflow capability between "PC to Mobile to PC and back again" well... there is no "Microsoft Ecosystem" there is just a feature-incomplete (SINCE 2015 TO 2020!!!), half-baked, alpha-quality, Paying Users being used as Beta Tester/"Outsourced 'Quality Control Insider'" Anti-User, Anti-Consumer, Corporate/Enterprise-"Only", disconnected quickly losing mindshare and relevance, Tethered to your Desktop, "hobby Desktop OS" that is quickly becoming more and more worthless with every decision made by leadership and management...

I don't have the faintest idea about what he's talking about, but his passion is infectious, and I find myself standing beside him, along the front line, bellowing my War cry, " WHY? why does your mobile launcher cost us much in battery, memory, bugs, glitches, & mental balance,when there are so many adequate, simple, FASTER , STRONGER, fresh young talent pineing for are attention? Get it together micro soft. you been in the game too long, and I expect more from a grizzled veteran such as yourself. tell Bill Gates to fall back from the virus for a little while, and come in the office and start writing some code, because the enemy has penetrated, and he's about to breach line... 🙏🇺🇲❤️🚁🚀☢️☣️
