Clear All missing from Recent Apps section in Android 10

Clear All option is now missing from the Recent Apps section in Android 10 while using Microsoft launcher. I have 2 Android One phones and both are missing this option. I checked with the default Launcher and the Clear All button is available.

    I have the same issue on 3 Android 10 phones. Two are Motorola, one is LG. The Clear All was there before they OTA upgraded to 10.
