We have partnered with UserVoice, a third-party service and your use of the portal and your submission is subject to the UserVoice Terms of Service & Privacy Policy, including the license terms. Please do not send any novel or patentable ideas, copyrighted materials, samples or demos for which you do not want to grant a license to Microsoft.

Below are a list of known issues, cast your vote to receive updates on a specific issue. Also, please add a comment with more details if you have them.

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  2. Can't tap to launch WhatsApp chats from Recent list

    I love that my WhatsApp chats appear in the Recent list. When I tap a chat there, though, nothing happens. If I tap again to get the panel of contact options (letting me phone, SMS, email the contact) I see an icon for WhatsApp but tapping it does nothing.

  3. Clipboard and passwords

    I you use password managers like KeePass, the password is stored on the recent page since it goes into the clipboard.
    You should not include clipboard content if it comes from selected apps.

  6. Search is freezing

    When using pull down search, it freezes after first or second character. Just started since last update. Has wrecked the launcher!

  9. Screen randomly freezes

    Current update mentioned fixes to freezing but still occurring on my S8+. Basically Arrow becomes unresponsive for a while causing me to switch back to Touch WIZ.

  12. Outlook app calendars not showing in feed

    I am using exclusively Microsoft Outlook for both Gmail and Exchange mail and in feed those calendars are not shown unless I add them as widget, please add them to default Calendar feed so it can be themed.

  14. Recent tab shows messages as calls

    Contacts are appearing in the Recent tab, as though I have called them, when it was actually a message sent to or received from them. I didn't call them, but it says I did.

  16. Recents show up incorrectly

    Recents are not showing correctly - incorrect contacts show up sometimes and some messages are shown while others never make it to Recents.

  18. cannot delete a homescreen page

    When the homescreen is selected and I hold one page to take it over the 'deleting-X' it does not turn into the color red. Therefore I cannot delte a single page.
