Below are a list of known issues, cast your vote to receive updates on a specific issue. Also, please add a comment with more details if you have them.

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.

  1. lost widgets

    All widgets randomly lost after a reboot. Won't restore from backup. This is the second time in a week. Relatively new user... will have to abandon launcher if not resolved. Takes way too much time to set up the widget set I use.

  2. Battery Drain on Some Devices

    A small number of our users have reported a battery drain issue when using Arrow Launcher. If you believe you are seeing this issue as well, please vote and comment with your device type and OS version.

    If you find a battery drain issue, could you please send us a CPU report through the following steps: Launcher settings-Contact us-Help make Microsoft Launcher better-Send us a CPU use report ?

  4. Unable to Uninstall Arrow Launcher

    I want to uninstall the launcher but when i try to do it, the phone says me that Arrow is an administrator and first i must deactivate it. I cant deactivate it.

  7. Opening All Apps Defaults to The Widgets Category

    Whenever opening the all apps drawer, it will open on the widget category instead of apps.

  16. Laggy animations

    Animations like swiping pages on home screen, swiping up the dock and scrolling through app drawer every animation looks a bit laggy. It doesn't feel snappier like my default Pixel launcher. The lag in animations is very noticeable and occurs all the time.

  19. People and Recent Pages Grouping Different Contacts Together

    All members of my family show up combined under the same entry in People and Recent and always under the same person's picture. Perhaps because they all have the same home phone #?
