We have partnered with UserVoice, a third-party service and your use of the portal and your submission is subject to the UserVoice Terms of Service & Privacy Policy, including the license terms. Please do not send any novel or patentable ideas, copyrighted materials, samples or demos for which you do not want to grant a license to Microsoft.

Below are a list of known issues, cast your vote to receive updates on a specific issue. Also, please add a comment with more details if you have them.

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.

    hi! I just installed Microsoft launcher and I like it a lot. however, when I log into my Microsoft account, I cannot find my device in the list of all devices connected to my account. I wonder if there is a way to solve this problem.

  9. Clipboard Sync Issue

    My clipboard sync is not working between my phone and windows 10. Note: I use microsoft launcher but not microsoft swiftkey.

  11. Don't remove Timeline! it's extremely useful!

    Don't remove Timeline from the launcher and Windows! it's a very useful feature for moving between our PC and phones!!

  12. Не работает синхронизация "шкалы времени"

    На ПК в "шкале времени" отображаются действия, произведённые на телефоне, но на телефоне в Microsoft launcher в разделе "временная шкала" не отображаются действия, произведённые на компьютере. Исправьте пожалуйста!
