Below are a list of known issues, cast your vote to receive updates on a specific issue. Also, please add a comment with more details if you have them.

  2. when I view photos, their in color...when they auto rotate, screen and everything goes black and white... color comes back when repowered...

    can this be corrected?...

  6. I used to open my last used app by swiping left on the navigation bar while on the home screen. doesn't work anymore

    using the navigation bar to open recent apps is not possible on the launcher, I have to swipe up now and then select the app. I used to simply just swipe left on the navigation bar while on the home screen to open last used app. but while using the Microsoft launcher the app just pops up on the screen for a second and then closes again.
    also when I'm on the another home screen page (like the 4th page) I used to swipe up on the navigation bar to go to first home screen, but now the recent apps…

  11. App closing itself

    I have a Samsung Note 20 Ultra and recently updated to android 11. The Microsoft Launcher app keeps closing itself down. First it was a couple of times a day now its getting worse. I can use another app then when I exit an app it reverts back to the Samsung UI.
    I've used this app for years a d never had this problem before

  16. Reverts to native launcher

    If I go to screen that shows all open apps and then 'close all' my display reverts to one which looks like the native launcher on my Samsung S10. Microsoft launcher does not show up until I press home screen button. This behavior started with most recent update.

  20. The launcher closes everytime when the screen turns on from the lockscreen . Just not because of power saving mode in smartphone. Thank You.

    I've checked if any extra access needs to turn on , I've gave full permission to MS Launcher , and it does the same.
