Integrate the apps Microsoft is offering into the launcher if they are installed.
For example integrate the to app to into the feed or link the feed entry with the to-do app if it is installed.

Lock screen so icons don't move accidentally. Just provide a way to prevent that.
In settings or a long press on any window should allow the user to lock or unlock the icons, folders, and applications.

make msft launcher commincate with car Bluetooth easily like my old Windows phone 10 did by getting and replying to text messages via voice.
make it work like it did on windows 10 phone, it just work by connecting to Bluetooth on car. Great feature on windows 10 phones.

Please provide a feature to set a widget on the phone screen which displays "daily quotes". Like,-

-Quotes of various authors/people
-Success quote

Button to remove the back, home and running apps buttons at the bottom.
Just make a slider in settings, if it is possible. Would look a lot cleaner getting the bottom icons all the way down.

OneDrive photo App or Widget
Built in photos app/widget showing photos from OneDrive. Selecting a photo would take you directly to OneDrive photos. This widget could either be similar to a live tile like windows phone, rotating through recent photos or a grid of your recent photos.

Please add a widget to enable hotspot with one click, not a shortcut to the settings for mobile hotspot.
A 1x1 widget for placement on a launcher screen. Tap the widget once and the hotspot becomes active. Optionally, the widget may change appearance to reflect the enabled state.
Tap the same widget a second time to toggle the hotspot off.
